We bought five plants here and all of them got the same amount of water and sunlight. One of the plants struggled. We took them up on their guarantee and took the plant back to exchange for a new one. The girl at the desk seemed unsure and called the manager up. From the minute he walked in he was rude and condescending. He told us essentially it was our fault. We tried to explain that it was getting the same amount of water and sun as the other plants but he didn’t want to hear it. He said “what you want to do? Exchange it?!” Then said fine take it and threw the old plant back at us and said plant this one too and water it. I couldn’t believe how rude he was. What ever happened to customer service. They were the ones who told us to bring any plants back if there was a problem in the first place. There are lots of nursery’s around so we won’t be back.

This is the best nursery in Utah! If you are looking for the best rose selection or trees, it can't be beat! Highly recommend going here first. My roses from here are beautiful and thriving.

Valley Nursery Inc. is one of those rare small businesses that still feels personal. They may not be a giant chain store, but their selection is surprisingly large and they always seem to have exactly what we’re looking for. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The people here are friendly, knowledgeable, and actually willing to help instead of just pointing you in a direction. Whether you’re experienced with plants and landscaping or completely new to it, they make the process easy and enjoyable. Great local business with great people. Highly recommend supporting them.

Girdling roots and chain saw marks galore! Shame on Valley Nursery for charging the citizens of Syracuse City for this abomination!!! Over 5 trees in one park just planted!

Garth was awesome! Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Helped us work through a bunch of great options for our new hedge. We started the day with an empty planter and ended it with something we will enjoy for years to come!
